Hospital Medicine Nocturnist

The Hospital Medicine team at Rush Oak Park Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a part-time Nocturnist Hospitalist at a 0.50 FTE. This role will work from 7pm-7am cross covering floor patients, ICU patients and admissions. There is an open ICU with intensivist backup, procedures not required. Residents help with cross coverage and admissions. As a 0.50 FTE hospitalist working as a nocturnist, it is expected that you will work 61, 12-hour, nightshifts over the course of one year.
